Some people argue that there’s no room for Love in business. But we feel love makes for good business. Love captures our imaginations, opens us up to new possibilities, and unleashes our potential. It causes hearts to soar, time to fly by, and seemingly insurmountable obstacles to become mere bumps in the road. We believe love is such an important element it is one of EPOCH Pi's core values.

But Can you actually power an organization with Love?  Well we think so and so does Duncan Coombe as his article in Harvard Business Review, quotes Freud, “One can live magnificently in this world if one knows how to work and how to love.” Freud also said, “love and work… work and love, that’s all there is.”  Coombe goes on to state that if you consider love to be a worthwhile pursuit in any aspect of your life then you have the opportunity to express love throughout your life, including at work. As a leader, as a colleague, as a provider of goods and services, you can commit to expressing love at work. In so doing, you will be aligning yourself to a philosophy that lies at the heart of all the teachings of a well-lived life.
